About Us:

The San Diego HERS Services core is anchored by a father and son team with 37 years of combined construction and design experience in San Diego.  During his decades of experience Wayne III has constantly strived to promote and provide creative and eco-sensitive solutions to common or extraordinary construction related problems; both commercial and residential. 

       Wayne IV ( Ziggy ) has worked with his father in the construction field as often as he could for over 7 years.  During that time he has also become an award winning salesman with excellent customer relation skills.  He honestly cares about every client’s individual needs and choices and they sense that, and trust in his guidance. He is also an IT expert and a detail oriented problem solver. 

       Our combined experiences make us an ideal team to help you isolate, prioritize, and choose the best energy saving and/or eco-sensitive solution for your current needs.
